Full house renovations

Complete refurbishment of tired properties, from strip-out and rewire through to decoration and joinery.

Full house renovations

Planning a whole-house project

Renovations work best when the sequence is agreed up front. We set out a room-by-room programme so you can see when each trade is on site and when the property will be usable again.

Working with period properties

Victorian and Edwardian houses across West London come with their own quirks: lath and plaster, undersized joists, historic damp repairs. We survey before quoting so surprises are priced in rather than sprung on you.

Keeping character

Cornicing, skirtings and original doors are retained and repaired where they can be, and matched by our joiners where they cannot.

Planning a project?

Book a site visit and get a costed schedule of works

Bring your drawings, sketches or just an idea. We will tell you what is realistic, what it is likely to cost and how long it should take.

Our process

Four stages, from first visit to handover

The same sequence on every project, whether it is a bathroom or a full renovation.

  1. 01

    Site visit & conversation

We come out, look at the property, talk through what you want and tell you honestly whether it is realistic within your budget.

  2. 02

    Costed schedule of works

You receive a written, itemised quotation broken down by stage, along with an indicative programme and payment schedule.

  3. 03

    The build

A named project manager runs the site, co-ordinates trades and inspections, and sends you a short written update every Friday.

  4. 04

    Handover & aftercare

We walk the finished project with you, complete the snagging list and hand over certificates, warranties and building control sign-off.

Let's talk about your project

Tell us what you are hoping to do and we will come and take a proper look. No obligation, no hard sell.
